Shipping Guide

Shipping to Belgium

Understand the questions to ask an external shopping agent or platform before it sends a parcel to Belgium.

Who handles the shipment?

OopbuySpreadsheet.be is an independent information directory. We do not receive, inspect, store, pack, insure, book, track, or deliver parcels. Those services are provided under the terms of the external agent, seller, carrier, or platform you choose.

Compare routes before paying

Ask the provider which lines accept your product type, whether cost uses actual or volumetric weight, what tracking and insurance are included, and which restrictions apply. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change after warehouse handling, export checks, customs, or carrier delays.

VAT, customs, and declarations

Import VAT, customs duties, carrier handling fees, or other charges may apply. Never request an inaccurate declaration. Check current information from Belgian and EU authorities and ask the provider how taxes and customs processing are handled for the selected route.

Before international dispatch

Confirm the delivery address, product and parcel measurements, packaging, QC images, insurance limits, return window, prohibited items, and final total. Once a parcel leaves the provider's warehouse, changing or returning an order can become more difficult and expensive.

Tracking and delays

Use the tracking supplied by the platform or carrier. If scans stop or delivery is delayed, contact the service that booked the shipment and keep the order number, tracking number, payment record, and screenshots available.

Prepare before dispatch

Review the FAQ and keep all order-specific questions with the external provider handling your parcel.
